This is a play written by Mishima.
Mishima once wrote he can describe more things better in plays rather than in novels.Jean Genet started writing novels first then later he wrote plays.Shakespeare was a playwright.I just once tried writing a play. Just once.
This play was performed just once in some local theatre. I noticed after the play was performed. I thought I went to see the play if I noticed it before.
Some popular drama has been performed two or three times in a day and lasts for six months, would be watched by many. Mrs Marquise de Sade is not watched by many but few, but the few would go to see the theatre without fail.
